The Watchdogs wear identical costumes similar to riot gear, including armored Kevlar vests, and helmets with built-in visors. They also carry walkie-talkies, and short-wave radios. The group customarily fit their hostages with 'dog collars' that administer an electric shock.
Weapons: The Watchdogs arm themselves with conventional American-manufactured handguns, shotguns, and rifles, and Army surplus explosives.
 
Origins:
 
The Watchdogs are an extreme right-wing homegrown terrorist group who claim to be dedicated to upholding and restoring traditional American values, and seek to impose their moral views upon others using violence, terrorist attacks, and intimidation. They oppose pornography, obscene materials, homosexuality, abortion and sex education, among other subjects, and use arson, vandalism, assault, abduction and murder as their tactics.
