Origins:

When the planet Sklar was first reached out to by the United Planets its population was introduced to its highly sophisticated technology. With low level technology on their planet the civilization rose up quickly i centuries, reaching levels the denizens of Sklar could not maintain by their own devices. This led its society nearly being destroyed by its own lack of understanding and coping skills with the high capabilities of it’s newly found technology. It led to the world of Sklar being brought to the brink of chaos.
From here came the Sklarain Raiders, a team of female space pirates dedicated to obtaining high tech equipment and looting the member planets of the United Planets as vengeance for what they had brought to their home world. They believed that the technology which the United Planet bestowed on Skalr had put them in an impossible situation and left them in desperate need of stealing tech to continue to sustain the current needs of their world.
