Cryokinesis: Blizzard is an Inhuman with the ability to create objects made of ice. He formerly needed a suit to perform such task, and a uniform which possessed an insulated suit that simulated cold weather effects by manipulating small cryogenic units and water stored in tubes in the suit. By emitting water at a mist and freezing it he can create snow flurries. By emitting it as a spray, he can create sleet. By emitting it as a stream, he can create icicles. He can also create a super-dense ice dart, capable of being flung with enough force to dent a half-inch thick steel, encase people within ice, create an ice-shield beneath himself, or create a barricade of ice. |

Donny Gill, an underling of the businessman Justin Hammer, was given a battlesuit reminiscent of the original villain, and Hammer's agent, known as the Blizzard. Gill mastered the use of the battlesuit and began his first assignment: to recapture the super villain known as Force, and agent of Hammer who had deserted him. |
