Shrinking: Yellow Jacket has shrinking powers that are controlled by her cybernetic helmet.

Insect Communication and Control: The costume that Yellow Jacket stole had cybernetic circuitry in the helmet for controlling insects.

Protected Vision: Yellow Jacket's goggles provide protection from optical attacks.

Flight: Powered wings allow Yellow Jacket to fly.

Origins:

Rita DeMara's past is largely unrevealed. Her first known activity showed her talent for engineering as she stole a copy of the Yellow Jacket suit from the Avengers Mansion via remote control. After modifying the suit she adopted the Yellow Jacket identity.
