Malice was an independently wealthy individual who spent money on a technological suit of armor to become a super villain for the fun of it. Seeking publicity, Malice burned down the Hollywood Wax Museum. He soon afterward destroyed a power plant, and fled the scene, leaving police baffled and shaken. He eventually had an encounter with the Ghost Rider. |
