Telepathy: Dark Marvel Girl is able to read thoughts, project and broadcast her own thoughts, as well as affect the minds of humans and animals with higher order intelligence (such as dolphins, ravens or dogs). She can use this ability for a number of effects, including: Astral Projection, Psychic Blasts and Mind Control.

Telekinesis: Dark Marvel Girl can manipulate psychokinetic energy, this enables her to levitate objects, propel or manipulate them however she wishes, lift herself and move through the air to simulate flight, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, generate concussive force as blasts or bursts, and create protective shields.

Origins:

The Scarlet Witch's House of M enabled Shadow King of Earth-616 to escape to an alternate reality, Earth-6141. Once there, he possessed their version of Professor X and then corrupted his team of original X-Men. He maintained constant telepathic contact and control over them and forced them to kill all the heroes of their world. The Scarlet Witch's Decimation Wave enabled the Shadow King to bring himself and his team to Earth-616 in order to gain revenge on those who had crossed him. Dark Marvel Girl is an evil counterpart of Jean Grey from the Earth-6141 dimension.
