The X-cutioner derives his powers from his hi-tech battle-suit and weaponry that is adapted from Sentinel, Shi’ar and Z’Nox technologies. He is a highly trained assassin and at the pique of physical fitness.

Body Armour: The X-cutioner wears a suit of Shi’ar body armour that provides him with some protection from physical and energy attacks.

Psi-Lance: The X-cutioner has a Shi’ar Psi-lance.

Sensors: The X-cutioner has a variety of sensors based on Sentinel and Z’Nox technologies.

Force Field: The X-cutioner utilises a Factor Three force field generator.

Teleport: The X-cutioner has access to teleportation technology.

Invisibility: The X-cutioner uses a Sidri cloaking device.

Propul Units: The X-cutioner has experimental Sentinel propul-units.

Neuro-Charges: The X-cutioner can fire paralysing Neuro-charges.

Origins:

Carl Denti was "just another field agent in the sea of operations working for the FBI." Then, after a fellow agent's death, Denti "inherited" a case file loaded with information on many mutants of the United States as well as pointing to the agent's stockpile of pilfered weapons and technology from past cases. Believing it necessary to take extreme measures against these mutant perpetrators, Denti fashioned the X-cutioner identity using the collected technologies and information-- hunting down, and if necessary, killing mutant criminals.
