Phineous Umbridge is a reasonably skilled criminal ringleader. | |||||||
Magic Gemstone: Phineous briefly wielded a gemstone able to absorb and redistribute human souls, whose new bodies were rendered superhuman. His associates' furniture forms, far more flexible than conventional materials, could hover and move rapidly, as well as reassemble after severe damage; as a freezer and lamp, Jonah and Peter could discharge freezing cold and electricity, respectively. |

Criminal Phineous Umbridge led five other criminals: Harold, Jonah, Marshall, Maurice, and Peter. In prison, he purchased a magic gemstone from a cellmate. Upon release, he rejoined his associates, but they were injured and arrested. Aboard a police vehicle, Umbridge, with his friends' permission, absorbed their souls into the gem, leaving their bodies dead. When the vehicle hit a pothole, Umbridge inadvertently dropped the gem, which fell from the vehicle and cracked in two near discarded furniture. Harold, Jonah, Marshall, Maurice, and Peter's souls entered a file cabinet, freezer, chair, desk and lamp, respectively. Now virtually indestructible, they attacked bystanders, drawing attention from super-team Excalibur |
