Technomancer has no super human powers, he is however an expert computer hacker.

Origins:

Ted Larkin was an out of work computer programmer who created a sophisticated virus to skim money from bank accounts. Unfortunately his program got into the computer banks of the Strategic Air Command and then into Alpha Flight member Box’s armour attacking his onboard computer systems.
