Manipulate Light Energy: Solarr is a is able to absorb, store and manipulate large amounts of energy from light. He can use it to project heat blasts.

Heat Resistance: Solarr is by the nature of his powers resistant to most heat attacks.

Origins:

When Professor Charles Xavier became the malevolent entity known as Onslaught most of earth’s famous hero’s sacrificed there lives to destroy him. Or so it was thought. What actually happened was Franklin Richards Mr.Fantastic’s son created an imperfect duplicate of earth and sent earth’s heroes to it. The hero’s spent a year on the planet before returning to the real earth from what is now known as Counter Earth.

Solarr a Counter Earth copy of the villain Solarr. He is a mutant born with latent mutant powers that might have remained dormant if he had not been exposed to prolonged solar radiation. He is a member of Counter earth’s supposed heroes the Thunderbolts that serves the German Reichstagg.
