Makeshift is a genius in electronics and Engineering.

Tech-Pac: Makeshift possesses a Tech-Pac, a mentally controlled unit made of thousands of circuits and components, which she can reconfigure at, will creating a virtual arsenal of weaponry and other equipment, as she needs it.

Origins:

When Professor Charles Xavier became the malevolent entity known as Onslaught most of earth’s famous hero’s sacrificed there lives to destroy him. Or so it was thought. What actually happened was Franklin Richards Mr.Fantastic’s son created an imperfect duplicate of earth and sent earth’s heroes to it. The hero’s spent a year on the planet before returning to the real earth from what is now known as Counter Earth.

Little been revealed about Makeshift’s origin’s. She is an American engineering expert and a member of Counter Earth’s supposed heroes the Thunderbolts. Baron Heinrich Zemo leads the team that serves the German Reichstagg.
