| Scrawny "Stinky" Printwhistle had planted a bomb to blow up an oncoming train and loot it. Captain Marvel prevented the attack and threw Printwhistle from the train bridge to the rocks below. Printwhistle faced certain death but was saved at the last minute by Prince Lucifer. The devil struck a bargain with Stinky. If Printwhistle agreed to give up his immortal soul, he would be granted the power of four of the most evil men who have ever lived: Ivan the Terrible, Borgia, Attila the Hun, and Caligula! By saying the acronym "IBAC" (formed from the initials of the fearsome foursome), Printwhistle transformed into the mighty Ibac in a conflagration of green flame. |
