Enhanced Abilities: Tor-An has super human strength, endurance, speed and endurance on a level with Superman.

Invulnerability: Tor-An’s Kryptonian physiology gives him a high degree of invulnerability to physical and energy attack.

Flight: Tor-An is able to fly at super speeds.

Heat Vision: Tor-An has the ability to fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking.

Super-Vision: Tor-An has X-ray, Electro-magnetic, Microscopic, Infrared and Telescopic visions.

Super-Hearing: Tor-An has the ability to hear any sound at any volume or pitch.

Origins:

Along with Zod, Tor-An was one of dozens of Kryptonians imprisoned within the Phantom Zone. When Zod and his followers were freed from the Phantom Zone, his second in command, Ursa, was charged with assigning five Krypontians as sleeper agents on Earth. Tor-An assumed the identity of a human entrepreneur named Carter, the CEO of the Empire Communications Network based out of Sydney Australia.
