Matter Transformation: The Kryptonite Kid can transform solid matter into a Kryptonite like substance.

Telepathy: The Kryptonite Kid is mildly telepathic.

Origins:

The juvenile delinquent who would become known as the Kryptonite Kid left his home planet of Blor and travelled through space with his dog, when he passed through a green cloud of gaseous Kryptonite. Exposure to the Kryptonite turned both he and his dog green, bestowing each of them with Kryptonite-based powers. The emerald villain and his dog arrived on Earth and discovered that everything they touched transformed into deadly Kryptonite-laced objects.
