Weapons: Mister Twister carries a machine gun.

Explosives: Mister Twister has access to vast quantity of explosives.

Jet Sled: Mister Twister has a jet sled that allows him to fly.

Origins:

Little has been revealed about the origin’s of Mister Twister. He first showed up in Metropolis at a ice hockey trying to blackmail the city for 3 million dollars.
