Zeppelin: Lord Dynamo inhabits a zeppelin which, is capable of draining almost any energy source and feeding his energy needs.

Robots: Lord Dynamo has created many robots that act as his servants.

Zombies: Lord Dynamo has an army of reanimated humans, rebuilt with cybernetic parts completely under his control. Typically the wear jet packs and can project energy blasts.

Origins:

Lord Dynamo was born Erich Donnerstein, the only child of a wealthy nobleman in a small Balkan country. A child prodigy who reached university level in most branches of science and mathematics by the age of eight. However, there was a problem, he was dying from a terrible disease that sapped all his strength. Refusing to succumb to his mysterious ailment, he worked from his sick bed until he devised a way to recharge his failing cellular energy. His parents used their vast wealth to build the devices he designed and finally he was able to channel lightning directly into his body restoring his vitality. The treatment did no last for long and he was forced to build more devices, generators and dynamos to continually feed him the energy he needed to maintain his brilliant mind.

The Nazi’s heard of his experiments and wanted his work, they threatened his parents and forced him to build them a new machine of conquest. The machine, a zeppelin capable of absorbing energy was built and then stolen by Donnerstein, allowing him to roam the Earth to search for the energy he needs to survive.
