The Ventriloquist has no superhuman powers and is not a good hand-to-hand combatant. She is a skilled ventriloquist and her Scarface persona is a skilled criminal strategist. | |||||||
Weapon: The Ventriloquist usually has a handgun of some kind. |

Little has been revealed of the new female Ventriloquist’s origin’s. She is a blonde woman named ‘Sugar’ by Scarface, part of her face is scarred and Scarface claims that she was once ‘dead’. Sugar seems to be a more compatible partner than Wesker was, since Scarface no longer substitutes "b" with "g" and she is much more compliant with Scarface's brutal methods. She believes that the dummy truly loves her and actually cares for her safety. |
